PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Moon Shift is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we work closely with our shipping partners, Moon Shift is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
